DSBC Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the Denver Salsa and Bachata Congress. We believe that with your support as a sponsor, we can be more successful in creating a momentous event that really drives our mission forward in the preservation and proliferation of the Latin and Afro Caribbean arts and culture through dance. And along with your support, DSBC will use our platforms, stages, and marketing team to showcase your business to our 1,000+ attendees and our wide audience on social media. Your business will be listed on our website with links to your page and we will announce your business during all 3 nightly events and live performances. In addition, upon request, we can provide a booth/table/space for you  to showcase your products and services to our attendees.

PACKAGES

Bronze Level Sponsorship Package: $1000

• Your name, logo and/or picture, contact Information, and link to your website listed on DSBC's website

• 1 full pass to the DSBC 2022 event

• 1 vendor table in the lobby area for the whole weekend

• 1 Six-Month VIP pass to Avalon dance social (valid every thursday night - Salsa/Bachata/Rueda)

• 1 Six-Month VIP pass to La Rumba dance night club (valid every thursday - sunday except for concert nights and special events)

Silver Level Sponsorship Package: $2500

• All Bronze Package benefits plus:

• 2 full passes to the DSBC 2022 Event

• 2 VIP Seats during live dance performances 

• 3-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver during the 2022 Congress (Fri/Sat/Sun: Sept. 30th, October 1st, and October 2nd, 2022)

Gold Level Sponsorship Package: $5000

• All Silver Package Benefits plus:

  • VIP table (seats 4 people) at live dance performances for all 3 nights

  • Listed as sponsor on DSBC's social media advertising and physical marketing material

  • Company banner displayed on main screens at the 2022 Congress

  • One 20 - second video commercial during live dance performances

  • Band Meet-and-Greet and pictures with the artists
